Jack‘s Creek® Wagyu

Jack's Creek Farm at the foot of the Great Dividing Range in central New South Wales is a cattle haven. The Australian family business is now in its third generation. But it wasn't until 1991 that the breeder David Warmoll had the truly brilliant idea: He combined the marbling genome of award-winning Japanese Black Japanese bulls from Kobe with the robust steak suitability of Australian Black Angus cattle. An international best seller was born - the Australian Jack's Creek Wagyu. A top-class meat cuvée with a Wagyu content of 75 to 98 percent. This ratio also results in the comparatively moderate degree of marbling above US Prime Beef for Wagyu and thus the suitability for the large steakhouse cuts.

In 2015 the farm received the first "Worlds Best Steak" award and has of course been particularly popular since then.
