CISAR`s FarmersPrime - Beefcomes exclusively from meat breeds such as Limousin, Charolais, Simmental, Blonde d 'Aquitaine or Angus. A Swiss PREMIUM breeding program, whereby all important criteria for absolute top meat are met and implemented. At least one parent must come from these breeds. The animals grow up under the best conditions at various Swiss farmers. Only female animals are included in the breeding program, as they are better suited for first-class beef due to their slower growth and many other advantages. Grazing in summer and feeding in winter in littered free-range stalls with hay, grass and maize silage is the “most natural and species-appropriate” feeding method for cattle. 

The animals are kept four to five months longer for the most natural development possible, regardless of economic efficiency. This longer growth period gives our FarmersPrime Beef a fine marbling, is more tender and has a high taste of its own. So we can turn it into true masterpieces for gourmets and passionate connoisseurs.
